Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 7jeta ("we", "us", "the Platform") and each registered member ("you", "user") who uses our services. 7jeta is an online betting and casino platform that provides cricket betting, live casino, slot games, and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh.

By browsing our website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

Account Registration and Management

2.1 Creating an Account

When creating an account on 7jeta, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each person may only open one account. Operating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed and any deposited funds being forfeited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

For security and fraud prevention purposes, we reserve the right to verify your identity at any time. This may require you to submit a National Identity Card (NID), birth certificate, passport, or other official documents. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential is entirely your responsibility. You are accountable for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization, contact us immediately.

Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods can be used to deposit funds to 7jeta: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposited funds are generally credited to your account within a few minutes.

• All transactions must be made from your own verified account.
• Use of third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Your account must be fully verified before withdrawals can be made.

• Processing time: 5–30 minutes (typically)
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• 7jeta reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on 7jeta are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Specific conditions must be met to claim this bonus. The wagering requirement is 20 times (20x), meaning you must place bets totalling 20 times the combined amount of the bonus and deposit before withdrawing.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus is issued once only and does not apply to multiple accounts.
• After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time limit.
• Not all games may contribute equally toward bonus wagering — see the promotions page for details.
• 7jeta reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account closure.

4.3 VIP Cashback

The 7jeta VIP program has four tiers:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Platinum: up to 0.8% cashback per week

Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Terms

All bets placed on 7jeta are considered final. If a game result is affected by a system error or other technical issue, 7jeta reserves the right to void or review the relevant bet.

5.2 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other international matches. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, stakes on that match will be refunded. Odds displayed during live betting are subject to change.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Strategic betting intended to abuse bonuses (bonus abuse / arbitrage)
• Using multiple accounts
• Using another person's account or managing funds on behalf of a third party
• Using any automated software or bots
• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity

If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited and won funds may be forfeited.

Privacy and Data Protection

7jeta reserves the right to close an account at any time without notice for the following reasons:

• If evidence of operating multiple accounts or bonus abuse is found.
• If financial crime or money laundering is suspected.
• If a minor is identified.

Limitation of Liability

7jeta will not be held liable for losses caused by technical errors, server outages, internet connection issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, if a legitimate win is affected by a system error, compensation will be considered subject to verification.

While we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, we strive to maintain the highest technical standards. The service may be temporarily suspended during maintenance or emergency operations.
